Okay, New Plan, Again

So instead of the ABC diet I am going to do the SGD :)
Not as long as the ABC diet so I think I can stick to it.
So I'm starting tomorrow. Not going to change my mind again lol ;)

  1. Good Luck on the SGD! I don't think I could do something like the SGD or ABC for a while, not until I get my stomach shrunk down some! :/ I'm sure you'll do great-and you always know where to get some more support! Keep us posted. :)

  2. I prefer SGD as the calories are slightly higher and you can have more at weekends :) Plus are you doing it so you don't count fruit and veg as calories?

    I recently decided to change my eating habits. about a week and a half ago I was eating pizza like everyday. And then I wanted to change my life and be happy. I started eating about 500-800 calories a day. Believe in yourself!

  4. Sarah, I know right. I like to try and keep them high and low at the same time lol
    I don't think I am going to count fruit and veggies as my calories... maybe when I get use to it I will.

  5. Yeh I try not to count them, except if it's banana's etc which are higher than most. But veggies don't have much in anyway and are essential

  6. I've never tried either but I have heard that the SGD is more manageable than the ABC and it's also for a shorter period. Anyway, good luck with SGD!! Definitely let us know how it works out! xx

    Starting monday, because this weekend won't be good for any diet (i blame my restaurant-obsessed brother ^^)
