So instead of the ABC diet I am going to do the SGD :)
Not as long as the ABC diet so I think I can stick to it.
So I'm starting tomorrow. Not going to change my mind again lol ;)
Good Luck on the SGD! I don't think I could do something like the SGD or ABC for a while, not until I get my stomach shrunk down some! :/ I'm sure you'll do great-and you always know where to get some more support! Keep us posted. :)
I prefer SGD as the calories are slightly higher and you can have more at weekends :) Plus are you doing it so you don't count fruit and veg as calories? Good luck :D xxx

I recently decided to change my eating habits. about a week and a half ago I was eating pizza like everyday. And then I wanted to change my life and be happy. I started eating about 500-800 calories a day. Believe in yourself! Peace & Love -Autumn
Sarah, I know right. I like to try and keep them high and low at the same time lol I don't think I am going to count fruit and veggies as my calories... maybe when I get use to it I will. Good Luck to you as well! Peace & Love -Autumn
Yeh I try not to count them, except if it's banana's etc which are higher than most. But veggies don't have much in anyway and are essential Keep us updated :) xxx
I've never tried either but I have heard that the SGD is more manageable than the ABC and it's also for a shorter period. Anyway, good luck with SGD!! Definitely let us know how it works out! xx
You know what, I think I'm goig to do it too^^ Starting monday, because this weekend won't be good for any diet (i blame my restaurant-obsessed brother ^^)
