I have lost track of myself. I really need to get back on to a good and steady diet. Anyone have any diets that worked for them? I am really upset and emotionable right now and I dont know why. Life is just get so hard. :( I dont know what to do. Well email me for anything. I could use someone to talk to.

  1. We're all here to talk when you need us, girl! I think we all go through the same cycles: self-hatred, lonely, failure...I know I feel them all the time. I don't have a diet for you but if you really need an extra boost for weight loss- go vegan or vegetarian! I'd like to try it, but it's hard when parents are constantly hovering. you are NOT alone, just remember that. All us girls on here feel you! :)

    Even tho I have not a lot of friends with the same interests, Im not feeling as bad. :) And I was vegan for about 3 years. But recently changed. It really did help. But only for so long. But you should do it. It does help! :)
